My name is Chanelle Miller, owner and photographer of C.Miller Photography. I am currently located in Winder, GA of Barrow County but also serve nearby areas.
I've initiated Creatively Captured as a conversational piece, aiming to share the valuable tips and tricks I gather throughout my journey in portrait photography.
Creativity has always played a role in my life. As a girl, I dabbled into painting, drawing, scrapbooking, writing, music and of course - photography. I regularly enjoyed capturing a variety of images with my parents old Polaroids and disposable cameras. I was gifted my first digital camera during my preteen era then later purchased my own in college. I captured life through those camera lenses for years. In many ways I am thankful photography became a passion of mine so long ago, I have many cherished memories as a direct result.
I continue to find peace through art and love simply existing in nature. While I still enjoy painting and drawing, photography speaks to my soul on a deeper level. There’s something about transforming raw moments into art and encapsulating stories that fascinates me. I’m grateful I get to share this passion with others.
Whether an image is carefully captured in an outdoor or indoor setting, there's a sentimental element that the entire experience holds. Location scouting is one of my absolute favorite pastimes. While fueling my soul and grounding, I also naturally look for picturesque places. When I am engaged in creating backdrops, my imagination connects all my artistic senses. My goal is to extend that sentiment to others and paint authentic stories through my lens.
